When will my box be sent?
For orders placed before 3pm AEDT (Monday - Friday) we offer same day shipping Australia wide. If you order after 3pm it will be sent the following business day. We ship Australia wide to all capital cities & regional towns in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin & Canberra.
Can my box arrive on a specific date?
Absolutely! We do our best to work in with Australia Post to have your box delivered on the day you require.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If, however, one of your items is missing or damaged, please contact us: hello@unboxme.au.
